August 15

Waaa.
I don't know how I will leave
them
at the end of the month.
I do know that both times I quit this job before,
I sobbed as I drove away.
Both times.
Laughter and enchantment
everyday, day after day.

Sad.

March 4? or 3.

Tell the children the truth, the truth.
Christopher Columbus didn't discover America.
Tell them the truth.
The truth
YEAH! Tell them about Marcus Garvey.
Tell the children, the truth, yeah! The truth
Tell them about Martin Luther King.
Tell them the truth.
The Truth.
Tell them about JFK.

I love
life.

I love every moment of it, and I love it in every moment. It couldn't be more perfect and I couldn't be happier. It's like having the power to wear goggles that makes everything really, really beautiful. I think of my friends in Nepal first. Always. Their smiles and their laughs have given me infinite joy and I'll never let go of it.
And as corny as it is, I think about all the really perfect kids that I work with everyday. They are perfection. Absolute perfection-- it makes me realize that something happens to our outlook as we get older that should have always stayed the same.

So, my friends in Nepal, perfect kids & really good music.
Exhale.
